Returns & Exchanges

At Flux Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your footwear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
